Meeting Make-Ups
Attending weekly club meetings allows members to enjoy fellowship, enrich their professional and personal knowledge, and meet other business leaders in their community. For those missed meetings, there are Make-Ups.
All make-ups are good for two weeks before or two weeks after the meeting you missed. There are many ways to “make-up” and we encourage members to expand their Rotary horizons by taking the time to try each one.
Club Meeting
It is said that there is a Rotary meeting being held someplace in the world every hour of every day. As a Rotarian, you can do a “make-up” by going to any Rotary Club meeting and reporting your attendance to the club Executive Secretary. Right here in District 6950 we have almost 50 clubs for you to choose from with all different days and times. Click here to see the district club listing.
E-Club
You can also make-up by going online and doing an E-Club make-up. To earn an attendance credit, Rotarians log on to an e-club’s web site, read online material on a range of subjects, post comments, and submit a form to our club Executive Secretary. For full instructions please visit the How to Make-up page on the Rotary Club One website.
Other Options
Rotarians can also attend a committee meeting, a club event or a Board Meeting of our Rotary Club. You can also volunteer for any one of Rotary’s programs for an hour or so and get a make up that way. Make sure to check with the club Executive Secretary if you have any questions and after you attend so the you receive proper credit.
